14-Day Return Window We want you to love your Nebulae Jewelry purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. This exceeds the minimum required by Swiss consumer protection law.

Exclusions — Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is excluded from our return policy, as these pieces are crafted specifically for you.

Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials.

Refunds & Exchanges We offer full refunds to the original payment method or exchanges for eligible items. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

• Within Switzerland: The customer covers one-way return shipping costs.
• Outside Switzerland: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or duties.
