Our Jewelry
What materials do you use?
We use exclusively recycled sterling (.925) silver. All stones are ethically sourced.
Do your pieces tarnish?
With proper care, our jewelry is designed to last. Nevertheless, silver can naturally tarnish over time depending on the environmental humidity, acidity in the body, among other reasons. Please refer to our Care guide for tips here.
Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
Yes, we offer select customizations and special sizing. Special sizing is considered Custom, therefore it will be considered final sale. This might incur an additional charge if we have to add metal. We are also happy to work on special personalised pieces, please contact us for more details.
How should I care for my jewelry?

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
You can use our Ring Size Chart or visit a local jeweler for precise sizing.
Can you make a special size?
Yes. Special sizing is considered custom, therefore it will be considered final sale. This might incur an additional costs if we have to add metal.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Made to order jewelry will take 2 weeks approximately to be crafted and shipped. We will provide tracking info as soon as your order is ready.
Do you ship internationally?
For the moment we ship to all the European Union countries, USA, UAE and Mexico. If your country doesn’t appear in our checkout options you can contact us through info@nebulaejewelry.com and we will see if it is possible to add your destination country.
*Customs fees, duties or taxes are NOT calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees required by their country to receive the package. You can read about international duties, taxes and fees here.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships.
Do you have an Express Shipping option?
Yes, the Express Shipping option will be available during check-out. The price, naturally, will be more expensive but you can be assure to receive your piece sooner. To note, we are not responsible for potential delays by Border Costumes in destination country.
Can you gift wrap my order?
All pieces are sent in a branded recycled cardboard box, plus a travel pouch and airtight bag for maintenance, and a polishing cloth. If you would like for us to add a dedication or small word, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@nebulaejewelry.com, we would be happy to personalise your gift, free of charges.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Can I return a personalised item or item on sale?
Personalised and custom orders are final sale. Discounted items are as well final sale.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month warranty on all items.
Do you offer repairs?
We offer repairs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for an evaluation.
Sustainability
Is your jewelry ethically sourced?
Yes. All pieces are handmade in Switzerland in recycled metals. We work with responsible suppliers who adhere to ethical standards.
Do you use recycled materials?
